FindGF Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (Strictly 18+ Adults Only)

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use FindGF. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal adult age under the laws of your jurisdiction and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Member Registration & Account Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach involving your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3. Communication Credits & Digital Services

FindGF operates a credit-based communication model to ensure high-quality, spam-free interactions between members:

• New registered accounts receive a complimentary welcome credit allocation upon email verification.
• Credits allow members to unlock private conversations and send real-time chat messages to profiles.
• Credit packages purchased through authorized payment channels (including Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards) are digital goods credited immediately to your account balance.
• Credits hold no monetary cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

4. User Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment

We are dedicated to maintaining a respectful, courteous, and safe dating environment. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Transmit any abusive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or racially discriminatory content.
• Share non-consensual sexual content, explicit solicitations, or financial fraud.
• Impersonate any other individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any person.
• Use automated scripts, web spiders, scrapers, or bots to harvest data or flood the system.
• Attempt to solicit money, financial credentials, bank details, or OTPs from any other member.

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate termination of account access without notice.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We never disclose your telephone number, passwords, or payment card details to other members.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand

All logos, brand marks, site design, text, graphics, and software underlying FindGF are the exclusive property of FindGF and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FindGF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we verify and screen profiles for authenticity, we cannot guarantee specific dating outcomes or interpersonal compatibility. Users are urged to exercise standard personal prudence and common sense when interacting with others online.
